Elevate your living space with a slice of history and jazz, encapsulated in a single frame. “Winter Home” transports you back to 1949 Rome, where the air was thick with the soulful notes of Louis Armstrong’s trumpet echoing within the ancient walls of the Colosseum. This isn’t just a photograph; it’s a rhythmic dance of time, melody, and architecture captured by Slim Aarons.

Intertwining eras and icons, this evocative print offers more than a visual feast—it’s a conversational masterpiece. Imagine your guests’ fascination as they discover the compelling contrast between the Colosseum, a symbol of ancient prowess, and Louis Armstrong, a pillar of modern American jazz. It’s an unexpected pairing that sparks dialogue and captures attention, lending an air of sophistication to your abode.

As for the aesthetics, the poster comes alive with vintage charm. The ageless stone of the Colosseum and the timeless elegance of Armstrong’s posture create a harmonious blend that transcends mere decoration. It’s a transformative piece that subtly imbues your room with an air of cultured grace.

In a world where art often shouts for attention, “Winter Home” speaks softly but carries the profound weight of history and harmony. It doesn’t just fill wall space; it enriches your life’s canvas with layers of beauty and conversation. The photograph is not just an addition to your home; it’s an invitation to travel through time, right from the comfort of your favorite armchair.

Prints are listed in cm and inches - what will be the size of my print?
We produce prints in both metric (centimetres) and imperial (inches) sizes.
The sizing system being used depends on the product type and the country in which your order is being sent to.
In most cases there are only a few millimetres difference between the metric and imperial conversions.

How does the border affect the size of the print?
The total size of the print will always be the size that you select.
The border if chosen is internal and slightly reduces the image area.

Which paper do you recommend?
Generally Photo Lustre (Semi Gloss) is recommended for most purposes as it is the middle ground between Matte & Gloss. So the colours will still be vibrant, with a lot less glare.
