Step back in time to a balmy April afternoon in 1977, as captured through the lens of the legendary Slim Aarons in a piece we affectionately call “Polo Match.” The setting? The luxurious Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic, where the air is filled with the thundering hooves and swift mallets of polo players engrossed in their game.

This captivating artwork is more than just a photograph; it’s a narrative woven into the very fabric of the print. It speaks to the exhilarating dynamism of the sport, the elegance of the players, and the opulence of the locale. The juxtaposition of athletic vigor and serene ambiance makes it an unmissable spectacle, immortalized forever on high-quality paper.

It would serve as a compelling focal point, a conversation starter that instantly transports you and your guests to that extraordinary moment in 1977. Whether you’re a polo aficionado or a devotee of fine art, this print offers a magnetic allure that’s impossible to resist.

The “Polo Match” would seamlessly infuse your home with a blend of nostalgia, sophistication, and joie de vivre. It’s not merely an artwork; it’s an experience, a window into a world of glamour and athleticism that is both timeless and evocative. A piece like this doesn’t just hang on a wall; it lives and breathes, making any room it inhabits infinitely more intriguing.

Prints are listed in cm and inches - what will be the size of my print?
We produce prints in both metric (centimetres) and imperial (inches) sizes.
The sizing system being used depends on the product type and the country in which your order is being sent to.
In most cases there are only a few millimetres difference between the metric and imperial conversions.

How does the border affect the size of the print?
The total size of the print will always be the size that you select.
The border if chosen is internal and slightly reduces the image area.

Which paper do you recommend?
Generally Photo Lustre (Semi Gloss) is recommended for most purposes as it is the middle ground between Matte & Gloss. So the colours will still be vibrant, with a lot less glare.
