Step into a world of regality and timelessness with “Holy Roman,” a captivating photographic tableau by the renowned Slim Aarons. The snapshot takes you to September 1978, where HRH Maximilian Margraf von Baden exudes an air of effortless aristocracy while being chauffeured down the iconic racecourse at Baden-Baden in an open carriage. This is a visual journey not just through space, but also through an epoch of elegance.

The composition is more than a photograph; it’s a narrative waiting to add layers of sophistication and historical charm to your living space. Imagine this opulent piece gracing your wall, evoking conversations and turning heads, as it seamlessly blends the essence of vintage allure with contemporary aesthetics.

Within the frame lies an invitation to experience the grandeur of a bygone era, yet it does so without overwhelming your decor. Rather, it complements and elevates, bringing a slice of aristocratic Europe to any corner of your home. Whether positioned in a study to inspire thoughtful moments or displayed in a lounge area to enrich your leisure time, “Holy Roman” is the epitome of versatile artistry.

A Slim Aarons masterpiece like this doesn’t merely occupy wall space; it activates it, turning it into a window to another world. Let “Holy Roman” transport you and your guests to the graceful lap of European high society, one glance at a time.

Prints are listed in cm and inches - what will be the size of my print?
We produce prints in both metric (centimetres) and imperial (inches) sizes.
The sizing system being used depends on the product type and the country in which your order is being sent to.
In most cases there are only a few millimetres difference between the metric and imperial conversions.

How does the border affect the size of the print?
The total size of the print will always be the size that you select.
The border if chosen is internal and slightly reduces the image area.

Which paper do you recommend?
Generally Photo Lustre (Semi Gloss) is recommended for most purposes as it is the middle ground between Matte & Gloss. So the colours will still be vibrant, with a lot less glare.
