A Giclée (pronounced “zhee-clay”) is a museum-quality fine-art print produced with archival pigment inks and professional-grade printers. This method creates rich, fade-resistant colour and exceptional image detail designed to last for generations.
We offer a choice of premium fine-art papers, including textured Photo Rag and semi-gloss Photo Lustre finishes. Both are acid-free, archival, and designed for long-term preservation.
We produce prints in both metric (cm) and imperial (inch) sizes. The system used depends on the product type and your delivery location. In most cases, the difference between the two is only a few millimetres.
The total size of the print always matches the size you select. If you choose to include a border, it’s part of that overall size and slightly reduces the image area.
The size you select refers to the print itself (including any border). The frame moulding adds approximately one inch to each side, so the external frame size will be about two inches larger in both height and width.
Orders are fulfilled from our production facilities in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, and Sweden. Whenever possible, we ship from the location closest to you for faster delivery and lower environmental impact.
Most prints are produced and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and courier, and tracking details are provided as soon as your order ships.
If your print arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage so we can arrange a replacement promptly.
Because each print is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, if there’s any issue with your order, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.
To preserve your print’s longevity, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Framed prints arrive ready to hang and are protected by Perspex acrylic glazing instead of glass for clarity and safety.
